Opera Software ASA unveiled the all new 6.0 Linux Technology Preview version of their flagship browser today. Opera is a popular alternative browser available on many platforms - including Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows - which provides reasonably good HTML rendering in a unique interface.
Opera 6.0 TP includes many new features including support for non-Latin characters, a new user interface with support for skinning/theming, and cross referencing “hot clicking.” Opera 6.0 also supports “panels” where you can put web sites, which may be useful for providing commonly accessed intranet fuctions to your employees.
