It is possible to enhance the look of the
Mozilla/Netscape browser, often called "Application Skinning" by
graphics artists.
The main reason to do so in the business place
would be to incorporate your company's emblem/symbol into the
browser window, or to give it a specific set of colors to match your
corporate desktops.
