Sounds similar to something that I have used before (preview, code
snippets, WYSIWYN (What you see is what you NEED), etc.) called 1st

Another thing.  I thought I heard that one could use a newer MS license
to load an older OS.  If that's correct, I would personally use Win98
rather than WinME.
