I agree with both. IF parents took the time to DAILY be involved in
their kids schoolwork, CORRECTING the misinformation with Scripture,
they'd have a better chance to keep them on the "straight and narrow".
However, my observations are that this doesn't happen. Largely because
the parents are too wrapped up in a materialistic world and so are their
kids. If a family attends a liberal, Rick Warren or Joel Olsteen type
church, then there's absolutely /*NO, none, zilch*/, imputus to home
school, live on a more modest budget, nor follow Scripture which is just
another impediment to doing what is right for the children. So, instead
of rearing solid Christians with deep roots in the Word who can be good
examples and leaders, they will release more materialistic self-centered
Christian-when-it's-convenient phonies into society.
