Please explain "counter intuitive"? A window pops up, it has an icon,
and another icon next to it. The text in that window says to drop the
one icon onto the other, and it's in your Application folder.....
counter-intuitive? Does that even figure into following simple
instructions?

sudo apt-get install something_with_an_odd-name-with-odd_punctuation

is intuitive? Or even finding the "install software" and finding what
you want and clicking on it is intuitive?

Much is what you are accustomed to, but following simple directions is
hardly about intuitiveness.
