I understand. I WON'T give them any of my money......period! It gets
difficult at times to be able to determine if a disk is damaged or if
there's a totally unrelated issue. I do know that the "disk buffer" DOES
get out most scratches and allows a good "clean" disk with which to make
some archival copies.
