[CS-FSLUG] Ichthux - A Christian Distro is Born

I tried to download it and burn it to CD use gnome toaster, but it will not boot. Did I perhaps download the wrong file? Or do I need to do a chmod +x on the file before I burn it to CD? Any ideas?
