	It sounded like your issue was with the ATI one, though, right? From 
what I've read there are others that sound much better. I was looking 
into buying one last year, so I did a bunch of research on the matter. 
I think if you get one with a good MPEG encoder, it should get an 
audio/video stream sent together (and sync'ed) to your computer, but 
I'm not absolutely positive.

	Well, I have a DV camera, but not a fancy one. I haven't seen one that 
can do "pass through" video from a VCR to a computer, but I'm sure such 
beasts do exist. Although, I do wonder if one of those would actually 
be available for a decent price...
