	Well, no, they are not European socialists or some such, but within  
the realm of American politics, Matthews and Olbermann are liberal.  
They support Democratic candidates, like Obama.

	Neither were fired, last I checked, just removed from covering news  
events and pushed back to their talk shows. There's a reason why Bill  
O'Reilly (who generally critiques both sides, for that matter) doesn't  
anchor event coverage on Fox News.

What are you talking about? I watched CNN's primary coverage and they  
showed Ron Paul as "Ron Paul" in at least many of the primaries.
