Here's the message that keeps going nowhere. This was in Re: Don's post and I removed the evil little .gif image that (I suspect) keeps it from being posted........

It's my wife. She keeps coming up with all these things for me to do. Like today, she's slaving away on the west side of the house planting these new shrubs she bought. I walk by and she says, "Honey, can you change the oil in my truck? It has 10,000 miles on it. Oh -- and the apple trees need to be pruned......."

Sure, no problem. So I change the oil in her truck first. Couldn't get her truck in the shop because I got both my semi's in there working on 'em. So I changed her oil on the cement pad in front of the big overhead shop door. Her truck holds 5½ gallons of oil and the first 5 gallon jug I grabbed out of the shop only had about 3 gallons left in it. So I went in the shop to get another 5 gallon jug of Shell Rotella T, and as I came out the shop door here she comes walking across the yard wearing a string bikini and coverup and jumped in my truck. I says, "Hey, where you goin' with my truck?"

"To the lake," she says.

She fired up the Cummins and left before I could even say, "Well, you can't use my truck, babe, because I need it........"

So I was stuck with her truck all day - you know, this is the truck that we bought and put a fifth wheel in it to pull big trailers, then she goes and buys a hard top Tonneau Cover for it that covers up the fifth wheel?

I never did make it to the lake today. Cheryl came back about 7:30 this evening with a deeper tan than she had before she left, and I never got the apple trees pruned either because I had too many other things to do. Maybe when summer is over I'll have more time to "talk" to you. In the interim you can "talk" to Cheryl - she seems to have plenty of time.

Now, about fishing with dynamite - if you remember, as told by you, me and the DNR Warden came to a common understanding on that issue...........
