Correct, and they're TOO CHEAP to hire one either. IF, IF, they have 
anyone, it's a come when we call type of thing, which means a local 
"guru" of some type who most often knows some about MickySoft and 
nothing about anything else. NO WONDER medical offices are all messed 
up!! ON SITE IT is the ONLY way to have any hope of tight security and 
stability.
