[CS-FSLUG] Video Formats Comparison

Given I have the means to convert without issue, is there a better, more  
compact file size format for FLVs? Something I downloaded is around 32MB.  
The display size and quality are sufficient for my purpose, but I was  
hoping I could find something smaller so it becomes easier to share by  
sneaker net.
