Experiences?  A good time to network with other people in the IT field 
interested in missions.  As to information, it depends on what you are 
looking for.  You really get out of it what you are willing to put into 
it.  The sessions are put on by other peers with knowledge of what they 
have done and are willing to spread that to others in the community. 
There are other informal gatherings where you can share knowledge and 
experiences also.
