"Who" said this was "trumped-up"? Don't put words in my mouth nor assume
anymore than what I said. If you have evidance that it was "trumped-up,"
then lets have it.

I agree, they aren't good. However, there IS a system in place that
MickySoft has INSISTED everyone abide by. Therefore, the rules have to
apply equally to all parties until and unless the rules are change. Once
again, I challange you to prove that MickySoft is the victim BASED ON
THE RULES as provided by Fed. law.
