[CS-FSLUG] Texas Judge Rules Microsoft Can't Sell Word Anymore

So, when Microsoft pursues someone with a trumped-up software patent,
it's bad and they're making things up to stop Linux, but when
Microsoft gets hit by a trumped-up software patent, it's good and the
patent is absolute truth?

Software patents aren't good for anybody, period. Don't be fooled into
thinking this patent is for real just because it's Microsoft that's
the victim.

(disclaimer: I haven't actually been able to look at either the
article or the patent yet due to various circumstances, but I'm
responding to what I think the attitude here is.)
