I've been half-way busy. One of our church secretaries was in desperate 
need of lawn care, and I've been volunteering to take care of it.

At the same time, under encouragement from church staff, I've been 
searching for listings of small pastorless churches within a day's drive 
of where I live. I've sent out just over 50 applications in about two 
weeks. I've already gotten one invitation to supply preach.

Finally, that "64-bit computer" which wasn't -- it wasn't even working 
-- was fitted with a new mobo and processor: AMD K8 Sempron 2.8Ghz. It's 
running CentOS fine, and I can hardly imagine what use I'll have for the 
nVidia FX 5200, but it gave me 3500 FPS on glxgears.
