For what it's worth, I don't think anyone was trying to bash Raphaël.  I
think some just didn't quite get the idea, or felt that it is
unnecessary to go so far as Raphaël has.  That doesn't constitute an
attack - just a difference of opinion.  I just feel that many believers
- and Christian ministries - will want something that is as "canned" as
we can get it - especially if they are considering switching from
Windows.  

Windows cannot be customized as GNU/Linux can, either, in the sense that
none of us can just take Windows and build our own custom version just
for Christians and ministries.  The ability to do so with GNU/Linux is a
testimony to the freedom and flexibility it offers.

Yep.  That's me.  The first one was o.k., as far as first efforts go.
PitP 2.0 was much better though.  Feel free to e-mail me off-list if you
