LearningHouse.com creates and hosts online courses for
many colleges and they are primarily Linux.

Manhattan is a very interesting Linux online ed app, and
is in some ways preferable to Moodle, though Moodle
seems to have gained a larger foothold -- perhaps due to
the more communal-socialist philosophy which matches the
eccentric liberalism of the educational elites.
