NO that is NOT true. For example, a man can take all the female hormones he 
can handle, producing breasts, have surgery to remove his testicles and make 
a "false" vagina.....VERY, VERY expensive surgery!!! His DNA WILL be the same 
as before the surgery and hormones. He is male, and WILL remain male. Messed 
up, YES, but still male.
