I solved the problem. I had the partition, it's just FC didn't set it up 
automatically like I am used to it doing during installation, so I took at 
look at my fstab on my mandrake installation and compared it to my fstab on 
FC and sure enough FC didn't add the swap partition.

Now I have 511 MB free and 0% swap being used and everything is absolutely 
running faster.
