Our latest recipe:

1 liter of water. Boil it in pot around 3pm in afternoon.
Let it sit till it is luke warm, about 5pm.

Stir in 1 cup of powdered milk and 3 tablespoons of yoghurt**.  Don't whisk 
it, just stir with wooden spoon till dissolved. 

Put pot in cold oven with 2 soft drink bottles of hot tap water*.

Next morning pour yoghurt in Tupperware container and stick in fridge.

After lunch you have the best yoghurt money can buy! Even if you hate powdered 
milk!

Eat with heaps of strawberry jam/jelly!!!

* this provides enough heat to keep the oven at the right temperature for long 
enough to let the culture grow.

** good fresh shop yoghurt with live acidophilus culture (i.e.. any decent 
brand of natural yoghurt)!

Just thought I'd share this with you as yoghurt is so healthy, and relatively 
expensive and soooo easy to make! The next batch of yoghurt you make with the 
last 3 tablespoons of the previous batch! Keep the batch going for as long as 
possible!!! I used to make it using milk, but it works better with water, 
plus it doesn't burn the pot and cover the stove with burned milk when you 
forget it!
