Win98 may not be necessary.  If SaskTel is using PPOE (PPP over
ethernet) for the authentication, Mandrake should be able to handle it
through the DSL setup.  If not, look at the Roaring Penguin packages
(if that's still what people use).  Verizon DSL here in the states say
that they require something similar, IIRC.  If they are using DHCP
like some of our cable providers, it really isn't an issue, just set
the interface to receive the IP automatically.
