I'm sure that if the above were to take place then you would first see
the distribution of updated gas masks first. The ones we have at the
moment are quite old and the Government does have plans to upgrade them
but there are no immediate plans to do so.
Every time that there is a national emergency, as in the gulf wars,
emergency gas mask distribution stations were opened. At the moment
there are none. So if the above scenario does happen then expect to see
the distribution centers open again -- perhaps under a seemingly
innocent pretext. there could be no attack without the citizens of
Israel having the protection from reprisal wmd attacks.
