No. Because "they may not have the knowledge or the funding." Setting
up Linux boxen for security of things like email, etc. can become very
time consuming. Buying a box that already has it setup is nice, but
also expensive.

It's easy to do with a linux firewall, but you still have to keep
up-to-date on patches and such. The RedHat network would be great for
managing patches on such a spread out environment, at least that's
what I've heard.

For real security on a good budget, they'd almost need to put everyone
behind the same infrastructure with VLANs or something similar a
protect them from a central location.

In any case, it's a daunting task.
