I've been testing the physiological and psychological impact of
shortened-sleep cycles.  I know what the science says but have
been curious how the effects might be ameliorated by diet and
supplements.

Yesterday I concluded a series of shortened nights with a 3hr
night, this morning was 5hrs ... seems that sleep deprivation
begins to impact sentence construction skills!

I suppose I am neither 19 any more, nor immune to the demands
of this fallen flesh ...  ;-)
