[CS-FSLUG] vcard format? Where can I get simple but thourough info.

Thanx for the suggestion, but:
I'm yet- to be- sold on the notion of trusting my private data to Google.
and:
What I have is not a phone. It is a pad, that only has internet access
through wifi when it is available.  I need to get at the data whereever I
am.
So the cloud won't work for me.
