[CS-FSLUG] set awarning when finished?

Perhaps you'd be interested in the beep command. 'sudo apt-get install beep'
'man beep' and you'll find lots of options for integrating this into cli
stuff. You may also be able to plug into the desktop's notification system
using notify-send (

assuming your desktop linux of choice is Ubuntu or another that
uses NotifyOSD. I'm not sure that will allow it to beep though.
