The problem with e and f is point b--demanding that the government pay
for e. That is what makes it irresponsible. I someone is going to have
children, he should provide for them, not demand that government do
this. Having children, and then abandoning them to the government is
_not_ biblical, and _is_ irresponsible. That is what is at issue here,
because that is all to often what is happening.
