[CS-FSLUG] OT: Converting from Incandescent to Flourescent Lights

I'd like to hear about this.  From everything I've heard, the 10000 
hours of the CFLs is based on longer "burn" times.  If there are short 
cycles of on/off, it will affect the life of the bulb and change the 
cost savings on your spreadsheet.  Or have things changed?
