I've labelled this one OT since the only link to the open source
community is that Apple has shared some bit of their browser engine in
the past with the open source community.

Actually this one seemed fast when I ran it - and that's one of the
things that Apple is advertising here.  It did have a Mac OSish theme
to it though.

I tried running the beta for a few hours today.  I got through about 2
hours of use of the browser before it crashed on me without any
explanation.  It also had a bookmark-related bug.  Bookmarks that were
imported wouldn't show up in the bookmark menu, but you'd see the list
of imported folders in the folder list if you added a new bookmark.  I
liked the speed, but other than that I wasn't particularly impressed.
Seemed more like an Alpha release.
