Excuse a longish answer to the "where are you from" question.
I am a missionary-kid.  I grew up in Mexico, Canada, and the USA.  My 
parents worked with over 30 Indian groups (Native Americans, Canadians, 
and Mexicans).  I grew up, along with my 6 siblings, living out of a 
motorhome.  My parents have a house in Flagstaff, Arizona where we spent 
a few months every year.

I currently carry on the same lifestyle, though mainly within the USA.  
My wife and I travel by car from one mission to another.  We are 
currently on a 6 month trip, returning home in mid January.  Home, for 
us, is in Red Wing, Minnesota (where Red Wing shoes are made).
