All,

We have recently moved our church site onto wordpress, using it as a
CMS and have been fairly pleased with the results so far.

The staff have expressed a desire to blog and I am wondering what the
general consensus is as to how to manage (or not) their blogs.

IOW, should the staff blog on the official church site, or should the
church site link to a third-party blog site where the staff blogs
instead?

Are there liability issues with having the staff blog on the official
site?  Is anyone else doing something similar?

Is my question making any sense at all? :-)
