[CS-FSLUG] Weighing In On The GPLv3 Debate

Hey all,

A lot has been said about the GPLv3, with frequent attacks on
Stallman's personality being thrown into the fray.  Daniel Lyons, of
Forbes, recently wrote a disparaging article that focused almost
entirely on Stallman's personality.  I believe his article, along with
most of the personal attacks, does much to detract from the debate.
Interestingly, Stallman has not responded in kind.  I've written a
couple of articles addressing the debate, and encouraging everyone to
focus on the important issues.  I have also raised questions about the
value of the anti-DRM provision in the current GPLv3 draft.  I hope
you will find these useful in helping you wrestle with the challenge
before our community.
