[CS-FSLUG] Mail server advice

FYI: Turns out the box is a common AMD Athlon-XP 2.2Ghz. Also turns out
the CPU may be damaged, because none of my vast collection of OS CDs
gets past a certain point in the hardware detection. The most
informative one showed pages were not being passed in and out completely.
