Use a system rescue CD and partimage to make a CD image onto a network
share. Use fdisk to get your current disk setup in detail, including
size and how many cyllinders per partition, and when all that is done
install Linux.

The reason I mentioned writing down the disk setup before in detail is
because for some reason partimage demands that the disk size be the
same before and after, I was caught by that once and I found it very
inconvenient. Perhaps there is better disk imaging software for you to
use, I don't know exactly how picky partimage is about the exact
partition sizes being restored.
