Yes, he does. However, one must also realize that dollars are much less
available today, and those who give it are WELL AWARE of the theft and
vandalisim with some in our society. Like the old adage, "Don't bite the
hand that feeds you." It is a truth - ugly for some - but nevertheless a
TRUTH that can't be ignored.
