[CS-FSLUG] Web provider

I use PowWeb for Matheteuo's site.  I've been extremely satisfied,
with my only gripe being their webmail interface lacking a couple of
features I'd like to see.  Otherwise, for $8.00/Mo, I've not seen
anything that comes close.
