'Might be doable, IF the FCC wasn't headed up by an immoral slob, who for 
example, gives compliments to Howard Stern. There's a LOT of "old dead 
weight" from the Clinton years still in off in many agencies. The DNC still 
has moles deep in most agencies placed there by Clinton. Until these misfits 
have been routed out, you can't get much done by regulation.
