[CS-FSLUG] PD: Pedophile Protection Act

If Arnold Schwarzenegger is half the republican he claims to be, then he will shoot down the lessening of reporting requirements for sex offenders. As for the student grant program, I wish we'd had this back when I was in high school ten years ago. All three of the supported topics could lead into interesting and reward careers.
