Fred.  That is a little harsh.  XP Pro CDs make excellent coffee-cup coasters.
Microsoft is NOT useless!  The CDs make decent skeet, if you are into skeet
shooting.  With a hot-glue gun you can make some cool decorations for dorm rooms,
etc.
