[CS-FSLUG] new Canadian word - "double-double"

I just heard this on the radio - latest (Canadian) edition of Oxford 
dictionary includes "double-double" as a new word.

Quotes from staff at various American coffee shops indicates the word is 
rarely used south of the border.
