You can edit svg-pictures using for example programs like Sodipodi or Inkscape 
(I use Inkscape myself). I can also add the text if I have enough time today 
or tomorrow - after it I am going to do a little "vacation-trip" to my 
parents (I am in my summer-holidays now :-).
