	The FSF doesn't seem to think the license for Apache is a bad idea... 
just incompatible with the GPL (according to their license page). Of 
course, OpenBSD has always been a very opinionated project. This is 
different from the FSF's stand on the new XFree86 license which it 
doesn't seem to like due to the fact that it has some "practical 
problems" much like the original BSD license.

	Unlike the XFree86 project, I doubt people will try to replace Apache. 
The main point that seems to be problematic is that you lose your 
license to use it if you sue anyone over patent infringement concerning 
Apache. This seems to be aimed at SCO if I was to guess.
