As I have just mentioned in another thread, I use PostNuke.  Have for 
the past few years.  It is a fork off of PHP-Nuke.  The PHP-Nuke 
community is probably more active and larger than PostNuke and their 
code now has been detached and change so much one couldn't tell PN 
evolved from PHP-Nuke.  Anyway I digress...

What are some of the features you might need such as photo gallery, 
blog, downloads, forums?  Another I use is ezContent:
