First and most important:
The President (as "Chief Eagle") cannot hear the electorate?

b. If you really cannot switch them to Linux, install XP (preferably the
so-called "Professional" version.
Third:
Console yourself by understanding that by substituting M$ for "anarchy"
in the last line makes the combination comprehensible............
