Friends, I've allowed this message from Chris through in an effort for  
fairness. It is a one time exception to our new policy of only  
allowing posting by non members.

I will not be replying to it any manner publicly. However, I believe I  
was justified in my previous disclosure and I would add that I did so  
in an effort not to seem biased in our present discussion of list  
policy. If anyone has concerns about what I have said, you are welcome  
to pursue them with me privately. I believe I am operating completely  
truthfully and have no desire to deceive anybody; if anyone feels  
deceived, I hope they take that up with me.
