As the campaign approaches its final days, McCain/Palin rallies are beginning to look like Klan rallies with Palin herself the new leader of the Klan. All white crowds screaming, shaking their fist and shouting every time Obama's name is mentioned. Supporters yelling 'kill him" (Obama):

The anger is palpable. Palin in particular is like the community gossip and whips the crowds into a frenzy of hate:

Even McCain has realized that they've gone over the edge and has started warning his supporters to tone it down and be "respectful". But Palin? She's like the Lady's Aid Gossip Center on steroids.

What sort of warped people does it take to support a team like McCain/Palin for the two highest offices in the land? These two are going to unite America? What Americans are they going to unite? The bigots? The rascists? The intolerant? Take a good look at their crowds and how they act. Is that the America we're proud of? This is the kind of people that it takes to support this year's Republican ticket?

I can remember the days when being Republican was a respected thing. Certainly not anymore - US Republican politics are the laughing stock of Europe and now the party uses fear and hate-mongering to attempt to win elections. There used to be a dude in Germany named Adolph Hitler that used these sort of political tactics. The Germans fell for it - thankfully, most Americans don't.
