Well, it's not strictly hazardous, I'll grant, but it's bad for the sewage 
treatment plants, so I can see some validity in giving it a classification 
that prevents you putting it into the sewage system.

A cynical person might suggest that this is all because y'all elected oil men 
to run the country...
