[CS-FSLUG] [Linux] Tentative new distribution: ElectrOS

Right now, not very much. The distributions aims for simplicity without
impeding power users. The reason for the split as I understand it is that
they don't like KDE 4 and want to build a good distribution around a fork
of KDE 3.
