[CS-FSLUG] [Linux] Tentative new distribution: ElectrOS

Some former contributors to Ark Linux are trying to start a new
distribution called ElectrOS.

There's a *charter* for the distribution here:

I am not a volunteer for this distribution so far. I am just looking at it
and I wanted to let anyone else who might be interested know about it.
